## Who Are Considered Stakeholders?
Stakeholders are individuals or groups with a vested interest in the product's success or who are affected by its outcome. This can include end users, paying customers, internal teams like marketing or support, business leaders, external partners, and anyone else who relies on or influences the product in some way.

>Stakeholders are like everyone involved in throwing a concert — not just the band, but the audience, ticket vendors, stage crew, and security. Each group has different needs, but the show only works when all are considered. Similarly, stakeholders in a product include anyone who builds, supports, uses, funds, or is impacted by it; all play a role in the performance.
