## What Are the Seven Sections of an Empathy Map?
The six sections are:
1. WHO are we empathizing with?
2. What do they need to DO?
3. What do they SEE?
4. What do they SAY?
5. What do they DO?
6. What do they HEAR?
7. What do they THINK and FEEL?
These represent different aspects of a user’s experience to inform product development decisions.
